I loved every second of this post ❤️. I'm so glad to catch up with some french pop culture.

Also I can't believe I learned that Guillaume Canet and Marion Cotillard were together for 18 years. I thought they had broken up ages ago 😂. Shows how little faith I have in celebrity couples.

Honestly these celebrities are breaking up and starting relationships with far more regularity than the rest of us so who can keep track? I only find out by chance but I felt a bit sad as they seemed a great couple from outside. Glad you enjoy the updates on French pop culture!

A strike?! How Parisienne! But I thought the Louvre was closed on mondays (or was it tuesdays)? I vaguely remember visiting it one day with zero queue and zero costs and then, after a whole day of beauty, realising I forgot to see the Mona Lisa o.O the next day it was closed.

I’ve only visited it twice and there’s been about 10 years in between each visit so I can’t recommend if they close one day a week. Hope so for the mental health of the staff! Last time I was there in 2022 it was really suffocating but, on the other hand, for some very strange reason the room where the Mona Lisa is was almost empty so I could get a proper look without being pushed around.

It looks like Hugh had one too many rosés in the sunshine! I love a good fashion exhibition but sadly not going to be anywhere close to Paris this summer and I really don't know what to say about the baguette bag...

😂😂😂 Hugh was rosed out! The baguette bag has both renewed and made me question my faith in what fashion can achieve...

That Poiret exhibition sounds so great, now want to try and go to Paris in the autumn!

Honestly, it was amazing and they had a generous selection of pieces and a surprise at the end that reminded me of the Dior exhibition at the V&A a few years ago. Highly recommended.
