Who’s this?

Hi there,

I’m Cristina.

I work in London within the creative industries sector supporting international creative technology companies, something which puts me in the perfect place to love mostly cool stuff.

I write another long-form newsletter on life in London, culture and technology, but this space is dedicated to the the random things I come across online and offline that get my attention. Some are really cool, some are weirdly cool, some are ‘not sure that’s cool, but I kind of like it’ cool, some are ‘I can’t believe they got away with that’ cool, some may not be cool at all but there’ll be a good reason for why they make an appearance.

mostly cool stuff (no capitals because that’s how we cool kids write now) is therefore an education on the many meanings of cool, or lack of, from my screenshots to you. You don’t have to agree with any of them. That’s cool, too.

Cool approved

“Coolness is like energy: it never dies, only transforms”

Sounds good?

If you’re intrigued, or at least mildly curious, about how this might unfold, you can subscribe to receive weekly updates straight into your inbox on Fridays (weather and life commitments permitting). It’ll be fun, I promise.

If you can’t find the newsletter after you subscribe, check your spam folder. And please mark this address as ‘not spam.’

If you think someone else might enjoy mostly cool stuff, feel free to share the cool vibe with them.

Just a girl in front of a screen writing about London, living abroad, culture and being human in the age of AI, all with a pinch of sarcasm. I believe Hugh Grant is Britain's finest export.
